This policy applies only to consultation fees paid directly to Boardwalk Services Inc., if any. It does not apply to government application fees.
2. Government fees
Government fees (for example, visa or ESTA fees) are paid directly to US government authorities. We do not collect them and cannot refund them. Refunds of those fees, if any, are governed solely by the relevant authority.
3. Eligibility for a refund
